• Orders are processed and shipped on the day of order or the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Our warehouse is open Monday through Saturday, except public holidays. Our customer support is available 24/7.

Shipping Costs & Timelines

• Shipping Cost: Complimentary free shipping is offered on all orders except for remote areas, such as Puerto Rico.
• Delivery Time: Typically, orders arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 16 business days, depending on product demand and your location.

Order Tracking

• Receiving Your Tracking Number: You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link within 1–3 business days after your order is shipped.
• Tracking Issues: If you have not received your tracking email, or if the number is not working after a few days, please contact us at support@sommacompany.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changing Your Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@sommacompany.com.
• Cancelling an Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot modify an address or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive within the standard timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control (such as international customs processing, holidays, extreme weather, etc.) can occasionally cause delays.
